Auctioneer Randy Kincaid Smashes Bass Record

LAKELAND -- Randy Kincaid couldn't believe it when the 18lb bass grabbed his plastic worm Sunday at Hillcrest Lodge on Crooked Lake in Babson Park.
"I've been fishing for years. Never have I had one even close in size to this one. My adrenaline was really pumping, and I had to control myself to concentrate on landing it without breaking off my 10lb. test line." said Kincaid.
Kincaid, in the spirit of good sportsmanship, released the catch after the picture was taken and the fish weighed. "That fish could probably populate the entire lake with every spawn" said Kincaid.
