Current Associaton fees --- $993.50 per quarter
New owner will be billed $5050 Working Capital Fee upon purchase of the property. This fee applies to every subsequent ownership transfer.
A copy of the homeowners rules and regs will be available for review at the auction site prior to the auciton.

Construction Permit Status and Other Disclosures
Prospective buyers are strongly urged to make their own investigations concerning fees and permits.
We do not warrant figures and statements provided us by county building officials. Their policies and rules are subject to change without notice.
Our investigations and converstatins with the county building department have revealed the following information about the permitting necessary to finish up the building.

• the permit has expired and must be renewed at a cost of approximately $9,000 plus the difference of the origional impact fees and the new impact fees estimated $1600.
• the current plans on file with the county are acceptable for renewing the permit providing no changes are made.
• there is a discrepancy in the square footage. The permit notes the building size as 6,759 sf living area and 7,437 total building area while the plans state the size as 6,033 sf living area and 7,437 sf total area.
